Unit 2 Composition Hand In

We are at the time of year were all of our deadlines are approaching and today was the deadline for our Unit 2, ‘Critical listening and music composition’ For this we had to hand in our personal compositions along with our evaluations. This means that our unit 2 is now fully complete. I am very happy with how my compositions went, although I am glad that they are now complete. Now that this unit is done I am one step closer to being able to finish. The 2 compositions that I have done for this unit is a POP song and a Folk song. I enjoyed making the POP song most as the genre is quite broad. It is known for having a very simple construction and known for using a basic 4 chord loops. On Thursday we will be continuing to work towards the gig and expanding the songs and making sure they are really tight for the gig.
